The festivities kick off from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a lively reception that promises an evening of fun and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a delicious dinner, a variety of drinks, and live music performed by the talented Matt Jones. Adding to the excitement is a Cornhole Tournament, where you can grab a partner and compete for fantastic prizes and ultimate bragging rights. It’s the perfect opportunity to mingle, unwind, and set the tone for the exciting days ahead!
Wednesday, May 14th
Start your day with a friendly round of golf in the morning, sharpening your skills while enjoying the fresh air. From 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, dive into the excitement of the Trade Expo, featuring cutting-edge exhibits, networking opportunities with industry professionals, and an engaging Treasure Hunt. Solve the clues to win amazing prizes that might give you an edge in Thursday’s Golf Tournament. As the evening unfolds, head over to Bunkers for live entertainment by Chuck Cantalamessa, ensuring a lively and memorable night.
Thursday, May 15th
At 10:00 am, it’s time for the grand finale—the Golf Tournament! Bring your A-game and make the most of your Treasure Hunt winnings during a day of friendly competition on the course. The event concludes with lunch and an awards ceremony, celebrating a memorable day.

Exhibit Booth: You can choose from either a 10 x 6 or an 8 x 6 booth. Each booth will have an identification sign, a 6-foot long table, which will be draped and skirted, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Approximately 30 days in advance of the show, Hollins Exposition Services will provide a complete Exhibitor Service Planner containing all the necessary order forms and instructions to aid in your preparation.
Note: Exhibitors are limited to two Trade Expo Booth Attendants. If your booth requires more than two people, a $50 fee for each additional person will be added. If you are registered for more than the Trade Expo, or have chosen an Exhibit Package, the additional fee for attending the Trade Expo will not be applied. This does not include extra events such the reception or golf.
